Axe throwing is officially taking off in Louisville, and Flying Axes is throwing a big party to celebrate! All ages are welcome. NO CHARGE for admission. So gather up your friends, family and anyone you’d love to vanquish in a friendly-ish game of axe throwing, and come on down.
$10 AXE THROWING SESSIONS Axe throwing is a blast. But don’t take our word for it, give it a try yourself. We’ll have 10-minute Axe Throwing sessions throughout the day. That’s enough time to learn the basics, and experience the pure, thrilling rush of sticking an axe in a target from 15-feet away like some kind of viking warrior.
Axe Throwing Rules > Must be 13 years old, or older (minors need parental consent) > MUST WEAR CLOSED-TOE SHOES > If you’re obviously intoxicated, no throw for you
LOCATION It all takes place at the edge of NuLu and Butchertown at 146 N Clay Street. We’re right next to the skatepark, about a block away from Goodwood Brewery and two blocks from the Garage Bar.
